KBobs is the gem of Fort Stockton! The staff is super friendly, the restaurant was immaculate, and the food was delicious. Bring your appetite though because the food is ginormous!
There are few restaurants I am willing to drive over an hour out of my way to visit. This KBobs is one of the few. The food is incredible, the service is above and beyond. Every member of the staff helps each other and the customers. I have never seen a chain restaurant that has such a welcoming atmosphere and culture of respect.
This steakhouse had many options from salads to steaks. We opted for the salad bar. One trip was reasonably priced at 6.99. The steakprotein is separate at about 7 dollars. They have good portions and great service. You will not leave hungry.

We were very impressed! Since, our incidental encounter with this fine eating establishment, I have come across 6 people who, when I mentioned eating in Ft Stockton, told me I should have eaten here. And when I said that I did, they started telling me about what they ate and how great it was. I will return!
We were seated quickly and food came out quick as well. Was fresh and hot, Very flavorful, a little heavy on the salt and pepper for the steak, but very delicious overall. Had a great experience and loved the music playlist they had going. Also, staff was friendly and on top of things.
